The Club General Secretariat is at the Members’ disposal for any requirement regarding their stays: accommodation, delegations assistance, organization of meetings and events.
The General Secretariat offers a customized assistance in order to establish relationships with local Institutions, Companies, Associations and among the Club Members themselves.
DELEGATIONS ASSISTANCE AND VIP PROTOCOL
The World Expo Commissioners Club offers its Members full assistance in organizing specific agendas for the delegations they might welcome. Particular attention is given to the ceremonial and specific protocol of each Country.
The services that might be arranged upon request include: fast track and access to VIP lounges at the airport, transfers, food and accommodation, multi-lingual assistance, customized tours (art & culture, fashion, nature), booking of tickets for museums, booking of meeting/conference rooms, organization of events.
Special agreements have been signed with hotels, restaurants and venues in the cities hosting WECC Headquarters and seats.
